We are more than happy to replace any product that has been faulty, damaged or broken while in transit, please contact us within 48hrs by email attach photos and description of the damaged products with order number or receipt.
However, if you have open or used the product we cannot accept returns.
In the rare instance you had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.
We do not offer exchanges, refunds, credit notes for change of mind. Please read our product information and ingredient lists carefully.
You will need to send the goods back to us using an Australia Post Satchel with Signature on Delivery. This cost will be reimbursed to you if your return is approved. We can only process the return once the goods have been received by us - please include all original packaging and make sure the parcel is securely packed. Cosmetic World will not be held responsible for items lost in the post on their return journey.
If declined, due to the goods not being deemed faulty and in perfect condition then we will treat the returned goods as "original condition" and we will either send back the order (shipping at customers cost) or dispose of goods. We will consult with you on this.
